Cookie Ice-Cream Sandwich

Cookie & ice cream complement each other. That’s why, in this festive season, sandwich of cookies with ice cream in between can be the most favorable choice.

Combination of Cookie Ice-cream sandwich

• Chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream

• Nutty cookie with Chocolate Ice cream

Preparation

1.        Freeze the cookies day before the preparation of Cookie Ice cream sandwich

2.        Soften the ice cream by keeping in the room temperature for 5-7 minutes

3.      Place the frozen cookies on baking sheet with the flat side on the top. Then put ice- cream on the cookie & place the flat side of other cookie above ice cream.

4.        Freeze the cookie ice cream sandwich for 20 minutes.
